rain

The plan for this evening was to go to the local fireworks - I may yet go but I think the heavy rain has put everyone else off. And of course we've been enjoying nightly fireworks for the last few weeks anyway!

+1/2 after having been to the new hairdressers; apparently this is one of the more traumatic parts of moving. However +1/2 seems to be very happy with the result and I think she looks rather nice.

+1/3 came through first thing this morning talking about DSLRs - his new school offer photography and he's very excited about it all - but was talking about a canon. I mean, really. I know I'm using an EOS-M at the moment but still... I think I managed to convince him that the K50 or K500 was much better... plus of course he would be able to use my lenses...

Just noticed that one year ago was also +1/2 sporting a rather fetching moustache!
