Railway Bridge Refurbishment

This rail bridge is across a busy B road near our house, Network Rail are refurbishing and as you can see it's a fairly major job!! They have had to close the road which is causing some traffic chaos in the village. The official diversion is quite lengthy so obviously locals and those with sat navs are taking the shorter route through the village. The village road is very narrow in places and also has the local school on it. Police are now involved at school drop off and pick up time. Thankfully it's only for 2 weeks!

Rainy Saturday here, met up with a friend, Don, for a coffee this morning, he was then dashing off to Worcestershire for and end of season Cricket Dinner, I imagine he may not remember a lot of it and Sunday may not be a great day!!
