Photography Class
When you spend a big chunk of the day in a photography class - not hands on, but rather basic understanding-camera-technology, you don't get a lot of blip ops. So here's what I learned:
Shutter Speed = How long
Aperture = How much
ISO = How sensitive
Please understand, these are not brand new concepts to me, but for some reason, the concepts are just that - concepts. I'm hoping that now, perhaps, I might be able to connect the dots. I've been shooting on manual for quite a few months and I do have a feel for it, but now I think I have a better understanding of how and why and where to start. We'll see. In the middle of an aha moment I adjusted the settings and snapped this. It's good to learn from one's mistakes.
Thank you all for your sweet thoughts and virtual hugs. I appreciate each of you more than you know.
Now it's off to the neighbor's for a 70th birthday celebration. Hope I can stay awake...
