Fear
Some people claim that fear is not part of their vocabulary. But does this mean they truly do not feel it or does it mean they push it away and/or release it quickly when they do feel it? Worry is not beneficial. It does us no good. Some of us have been trained since childhood to fear. Our role models feared and we learned from them. Children learn much by observation. A parent can shake a fist angrily at a child saying the words, "Don't do that!" But if the child is watching that parent do 'that' then they will likely do it too. It's not easy to shake a habit or to change one's behavior.
I've heard it takes 40 days of daily discipline to break a habit. I wonder about that. Is it true?
