A Pair on a Pair

said "Where are the mourning doves?"

I haven't filled my feeders yet. Perhaps that is the reason we've missed all the billing and cooing. Our mourning doves make all the usual pigeon noises and exhibit a lot of pigeon behaviour. We'd missed hearing them and wondered what had happened to them. They are usually everywhere!
