Beautiful Kaikoura

Between Blenheim and Christchurch the road initially clings to our beautiful coast and many seals can be seen lounging on the rocks around Kaikoura, whose Maori placename means crayfish (similar to lobster). Kaikoura is also famous for whale-watching…an exciting and moving experience.
