Incoming

Twilight, and the darkness was finally closing in after a long day. Standing in the damp grass watching the colours change from blue to purple in the sky, just listening to the waterbirds and feeling the chill wind on my face was beautiful.

Ducks hooting on the water, gulls squawking and the geese overhead honking to each other in the dusk as they flew towards their food and roost for the evening was quite magical. Very serene and quite captivating.

This greylag goose flew close enough for a shot.
