Looking Good

With their chocolate coloured heads, long narrow necks and wings and long pointed tail, the pintail male has been described as the greyhound among ducks! They are fast neat little fliers with the most gorgeous plumage. The female is inconspicuous in comparison so as not to be seen by predators but still she has a certain graceful and feisty demeanour.

Light dropping and by the time I'd finished my appointments today I knew it was going to be a rather difficult blip. Not feeling particularly creative with the house in total chaos I opted for a duck shot - rather than ducking out, which was a thought uppermost in my mind late this afternoon.
