Warming up

The house feels warm, the sun is out and the birds are singing. I think spring has come at last.

The Pentlands still have a wee bit of snow on them and I love how it's stayed in the sheltered nooks and crannies. There must be a technical term for it.

This was taken near Castlelaw Hill Fort just north of Penicuik.
