I spent 4 hours sitting at the computer, sorting lists, e-mails, organising PSA events and by the time I stood up, my back was going into spasm. I don't know how I ever managed to work in an office for all those years; but I couldn't do that anymore!

I've been wearing my glasses all day but I know that the pain in my eyes in my sinuses. I'm so impatient. I just want this cold to come out now and stop hanging around. I has thought of trying that first defence stuff, but the last time I used the stuff it only kept it at bay for a few days.

Time for bed now, I have Dad's assessment to attend at 10am tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
