a long day at work, a nap, a workout & a long wait for the cab to land...

its been 6 weeks - but wow - this week really feels like the wrong week to land...even tomorrow would be better than today i feel - but i can not change the RAN schedule to suit me (they however continue to change theirs - I swear there is a woman at the helm making decisions...no one else could possibly achieve as many as this)
