Clowally View South
This is a quick grab from a passenger seat whilst coming round the Clowally bend before dropping down to Houton. Today has been a lot duller than yesterday and the wind is fair getting up. This is looking south east over the Flow down to South Ronaldsay and beyond to the Firth and the North Sea.
Spent the morning chopping kindlers (I know what’s good for me). I am now tasked with booking flights and accommodation for a holiday in February.
I have just finished reading Roger McGough’s autobiography. Now I have to choose between: The Spanish Holocaust by Paul Preston, The World of Jeeves, The Weatherhouse by Nan Shepherd, The Iron Curtain by Anne Applebaum or buying the Narrow Road to the Deep North.
