A Fahrenheit Life

George Street

Up into town this morning to meet beautiful first-born boy for breakfast. He was through in Edinburgh the night before to catch-up with friends. After scrambled eggs, black pudding and bacon, he ran to get the 900 Citylink bus back to Glasgow. The doors started shutting just as he reached the bus and the bandit bus driver wouldn't open them again to let him on. Pointing at his watch with a superior air, he put the bus into reverse and drove off leaving the boy standing on the platform. In protecting the innocent, I won't now repeat what was then said - however, Mamma now has a completed complaint form ready to post first thing tomorrow morning.

Anyway, I walked-off my ire by striding along George Street and then through Dean Village. Lovely day for a furious walk and I felt all the better for it!
