Grey and miserable with some rain for most of the day, so definitely a day for staying in. Try telling that to Simba however, as he is desperate to get outside! There's a battle of wills going on, with him trying to weaken our resolve with pathetic mewing at the windows and French Doors and us determined to keep him in for at least another day until his wound heals. An indoor blip was required, so this is a lovely anniversary gift we received from a friend. It's a letter opener with a tiny cultured pearl at the top and looks far too nice to use, but it actually works a treat. I'll be keeping it on my desk for extra special letters!
