The way this picture turned out (not how I imagined) is not helping my black mood.

Tomorrow, though, is International Women's Day, and the first day of my diet. So that's something to be happy about. After 100 years of progress, women are still paid worse than men, generally poorer and still as likely to be murdered by a partner or (in the developing world) die in childbirth.

Makes you feel like throwing yourself under a horse.
