3m Springboard

Ellie and I drove down to Southend after work, with our photographer Greg in tow, to complete our 3m Springboard event for the Olympic Challenge. I found it even more scary than the first time, and spent an hour trying - and failing - to force myself off in a proper dive. Ellie did it once, to whoops and cheers, but I just couldn't get up the courage! Luckily the leaps from last time count, so that's two more off the list!
