Empty

A couple of empty shops in Smith St, Warwick. Hopefully they will be renovated and put back into use soon. Not exactly derelict but definitely needing some TLC.
I hope this is not a sign of things to come as Smith St is an antidote to the sterile all-the-same corporate view seen in many shopping areas, pretty much all independent shops with a few out of the ordinary establishments.
We get our pictures framed in Picturesque, and there is some fabulous chocolate and loose tea in The Golden Monkey .
