Bench without a view

Cold clear and sunny today. On a walk, H and I thought this bench needed to be in my bench collection. There is an inscription on it to someone dated 1970. Right now I with the camera can barely see the Cascade mountains over the shrubs which are about 4 feet in front of the seated person..( hubby) and absolutely all he can see. Several paces to the right one passes over the approach to the 520 floating bridge across Lake /Washington and this is the view one would be looking at from this bench!!!! In 1970, maybe!…. Look large.

Off to the ballet tonight, gotta get dinner. Friend R made it for us for helping her with her computer book! Salmon and leeks wrapped in filo. And squash soup (for tomorrow) Can you believe it? (The book WILL happen, R!)
