Things To Do On A Rainy Day - Museum

It is an In-service day at schools in Fife today, so I was going down to mind the Bandits. However my daughter has been suffering with the dreaded tummy-bug and is still feeling poorly, so she decided to work from home today. I brought the kids back here for the day, and a sleepover to watch Children in Need on the telly tonight.

We did a few jobs in Perth, then went to the Museum for a look around. This is in one of the galleries, which was running an animated film on the theme of Memories. The kids were fascinated, and watched it through twice.

After the museum we splashed our way through the torrential downpour back to the car, soaked through to the bone. On the way we passed a long queue of delegates for the SNP Conference lining up to go back in after lunch.

Home for hot chocolate, peanut butter sandwiches and Battenburg cake. Nice.
