Windmill in the Clouds

A glorious morning of sunshine and scudding clouds. Standing here, at the top of Windmill Hill, the view was magnificent giving a sense of pure freedom and exhilaration with the breeze and warmth of the sun.

The Chesterton Mill just happened to be on my route whilst driving to Leamington Spa to see an old friend of 30 years or more who also happens to be my optician. Brilliant - lovely when things dovetail like that! Even better I was treated to lunch.
