Meet Jake

You never know whom you are going to meet at the Village Cafe!
Meet Jake, a hearing dog for the deaf. He has recently been partnered with a friend and neighbour, who is very excited to have him to help her. She and her husband have been on training days with Jake away from their home, but now he is here and a trainer will come to the house twice a week for a while. This is to train the dog to recognise all the sounds of the house.
Jake was very calm, friendly and a beautiful chocolate, or liver colour.
But while he looks very quiet here, he enjoys a 3 mile walk in the mornings!
