Stanefield

A dull wet and windy day.

Today's school visits from the Anderson High got cancelled due to the weather, so a much quieter morning than expected but plenty of setting up to do for tomorrow. In the afternoon I was processing photos for Landscape magazine.
This evening has been spend in the in the local village hall setting up for tomorrow. We have an auction sale on tomorrow night to raise funds for the Cunningsburgh History Group, usually a big night :)

Walkies after work and I passed the old abandoned house of Stanefield. Thought I'd try some photos with a long exposure at night to see what I'd get. Climbing inside an old house with a collapsed roof and floors is not advised, especially at night and not for the faint hearted that may spook easily :) This shot is actually after being inside and looking back through the living room window, some great colours in the old paint :)
