Coconut Chicken Curry

It's got really cold here and I am ready to hibernate. I fell asleep this afternoon and when I woke up it was way too late to make what I had planned for dinner. Luckily Tom found this Coconut Chicken Curry in the freezer!

Time to look into Florida condos again methinks!
