Forter Castle through mossy branches

If you peer through the mossy branches here you can see Forter Castle. We passed it this morning at the start of a walk along a 10-mile stretch of the Cateran Trail.

It was a lovely day out in good weather with beautiful scenery, great company and interesting wildlife (some living, some dead) along the route. As a special bonus there was a wonderful sunset on the way home.

Exercise today: 10 mile hill walk.
