Parade

Late again!

We just about made it to the light switch on, to join (some of) the parade around town with the BMX club. Lily was looking forward to riding her bike but then (predictably) fell asleep en route and ended up in the pram, a bit confused as to how she'd gone from slumber to bright lights, honking horns, floats adorned with Santas and Disney princesses. Diddy was utterly mesmerised by Spiderman. I don't know how he managed not to fall off his bike as he wouldn't take his eyes off him!

Went to the pub with some friends for a couple of drinks after and P bought the kids sweets from a stall on the way in. Rookie error! They were bouncing off the walls within minutes. Daddy gets the pleasure of 'doing bedtime' tonight ;-)
