Almost mastered lazy Saturday afternoons...

We were trying to watch Atenborough (Kangaroo boxing- too cool) Ivy was sitting between us and pulled the cover up, but once I got the camera out she played peek a boo instead.

Ivy and I had to go to the post office this morning, and then we went to the village hall for baking and soup to support the pipe band. We had some lovely chicken and rice soup and Ivy got to choose a cake afterwards, which she ate to load cries of 'nom nom nom!' (it was only a little one...)

I was pretty tired today, since I got back from bingo after 2am.... (okay, so I got back from the pub at 2am, but that was basically bngo continued but without the boring bit with the numbers on the card- I relaly don't get it. You've either own or you haven't, and the silence and concentrating makes it like school!), and Euan has a cold so Ivy did lots of playing by herselt his afternoon, which is great progress. She ran back and forth pulling her toddle truck about and she chased a baloon about the room.

Tim popped round just as we were having our dinner. Ivy was very pleased because Tim chases her if she runs away (running away is a fabourite game just now). She ran to the corner and stood giggling at him.
