The stage is set

I've had the pleasure of commentating for the second time at The Leeds Abbey Dash 10k road race today.

With 12000 entries and incorporating an elite race that brings the very best British athletes together to compete, the race is one of the biggest and fastest in the UK.

The atmosphere was electric and the competition was as exciting as the organisers had hoped for.

More importantly the race raises much needed funds for Age UK to support its work.
