Braised Beef

Stephan did an amazing slow cooked beef brisket today with homemade BBQ sauce and coleslaw. I made the buns for it to go in. Ian bought the wine. The recipe was for 10 people but its so tasty we are easily making our way through it!
Jacob was delighted to go down to the pub for a drink with his dad and uncle Ian while "the girls" stayed at home.
