Hot liquor tank

Just fitted the ball valve to my new boiler which will be used as a HLT in the brewery and also as a spare boiler in case of failure- like two brews ago when the thermal fuse blew. I've wanted one fire ages and the need for a backup and the half price sale got me moving. Only problem now is making sure the brewshed wiring will cope with two boilers running at the same time....
