Aceto Balsamico

We took a trip to the newly opened Dobbies Garden Centre.

Our highlight was how we practically lunched on the cubes of bread and the various bottles of balsamic vinegar and olive oils. They were all delicious and we came away with a half litre bottle of vinegar.

The size of the store and range of goods for sale were impressive but we were less impressed with the length of queues at the restaurant. I defy anyone to reach their table with hot food. The staff were harassed but that doesn't excuse the tutting when hot chocolate was requested.

There are other garden centres in the area which will see more of us than this one.

But we had to go once ~ if only to see the famous bathroom fitments...
