Lessons of life...
I used to be a regular blogger and follower of the trends in my work community. Lately, I have been having a hard time at work and for some reason switched off from this activity. I have been low, figuring out what I want in life, and work had just been too stressful. I had to take a step back and figure things out. Over and above give myself a break. I do love my job and what I do. I do what I do because I chose against all odds and preferences that were driven down by my parents. I have been a rebel but today I don't regret my choice of the job I do. Yes, I may have other passions which I try to pursue alongside, but the passion for my job used to keep me blogging, connecting with people in the community. The thirst to learn, to understand, analyze and apply was never ending.
I was a social-networker, reaching out to people on the possible professional networking sites, blogging my thoughts after researching on several other peoples blogs and building upon ideas, relating them to what I do and in some cases what I don't do but hope to do. It was all fantastic. Somehow the stigma and perceptions associated with these activities made me refrain from it. Overall, a sense that someone is always watching my activities was lingering. Besides that I got really busy and could hardly get time to relax. Somehow I regret to have lost the connection and long to start it again. People on twitter and the other community sites have not seen my views and comments in a while. I need to get back and make it happen again. Today, I found this interesting link on twitter and could not agree more with the writer.
Besides that I have always admired Einstein for his brilliance. Simple things he said came a long way and are relevant even today. So here goes... 10 Amazing Life's Lessons You Can Learn from Albert Einstein.
