Belying the life inside....

I should have taken this photo as I arrived this morning. The shadows cast by a bright autumn sun were superb. I got distracted unlocking the car park gates for a colleague and closing them after she drove through. Photo forgotten.

So this is as I left this afternoon. Much life and learning still going on inside, but the black and white treatment gives an air of mystery and a past....which of course the castle has.

The bread making workshop was gooey. Great kneading skills and grey dough at the end of it! A Blue Peter roll was taken home!
