Having noticed jayneebevan's photo of the Christmas Roses in her garden the other day, I ventured out to look at ours this morning. They are beautiful flowers, but I couldn't help putting this through Photoshop before uploading - I really like the effect you get when mucking about with the levels.

On my way to the flowers, I noticed how awful the grass is. Well, I say grass, but really I mean moss - there is virtually no grass left as far as I can see. Need to do something quick!

This evening I met Sue after work for a drink and then something to eat. Felt very decadent going out straight from work - a bit like I was playing hookey!
