What a frigging day! I am generally a really mild mannered, good humoured person but there are days when I just want to punch someone's lights out - today was one of those days. Phenomenally frustrating - can't say why because sadly too many people on here know where I live :-) but needless to say gggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
