I decided to take a walk down Reykjavik's main shopping street, Laugavegur, today. I think the last time I did that was months ago. There was a lot of new shops, but fortunately nothing that I was interested in buying, except for a book as a present for my sister in law. These two bears were outside one of the older souvenir shops, The Viking Store. Occasionally someone would steal them, so now they are chained to the pavement. I saw that they were getting into the spirit of things by wearing some red ribbons.
