Shopping Mall

A visit to Union Square this afternoon for lunch at the new Thai restaurant. New to me that is, I think it has been open for several months. It has an interesting decor which I think is supposed to suggest a Thai road cafe. How authentic it is, or the food for that matter, I have no idea. Choosing from the menu turned out to be a bit haphazard in my case as dishes were largely unfamiliar to me, Still despite the element of pot luck it was fairly successful.

The arcade was not too busy at lunch time, but business was picking up by the time I left. Likewise Christmas was fairly low key, though I presume the decoration hanging from the centre of the ceiling was a Christmas decoration.
