An Awfully Big Adventure

Tonight we attended a ceilidh to say goodbye to a very popular local family.

In a few months time they head off to New Zealand, a new life, new house, new adventures and new drinking buddies.

I will really miss Carly, Clint and their 3 adorable boys. They are always a big hit at our house. We have another chance to see them as they are coming for dinner on Tuesday, but nonetheless - it was an emotional night.

(Oh and some excellent Haggis, Neeps and Tatties!).

We were invited back to their house to help clear out the drinks cupboard, and my girls were very pleased to help Carly clear out her Nail Polish collection!

I really wish them all the very best on their wonderful adventure, but I'll miss them terribly.
