Mini Candelabra

Son T has been busy in Technology this term, designing, welding and painting this beautiful candelabra. It was bent by hand in the vice, with no heat, while the candle holders where made in the lathe. He won first prize for it at Field Day.

I'm totally over this weather. Dull, cloudy days, one after the other. And tomorrow does not look any better. A heavy rain warning is out for our area with 90 to 120mm of rain due until tomorrow afternoon. Yuk!
