Wet and muddy

The alarm went off at 4.40am this morning, and it was pouring with rain. The last thing I felt like doing was getting up, and going outside to milk. But that's what Farmerboy and I had to do. We got dressed in our wet weather gear and started the morning.

All morning it rained, so after breakfast I went back to bed to catch up on some sleep. Lazy I know, but it was lovely snoozing with the sounds of the rain on the roof.

During the afternoon milking it cleared up, although we did start to get some wind. The next two days are meant to be fine. Lets hope they are.

This is Jess in the Gator. Jess doesn't like the rain, so she thought it was a great idea to hitch a ride rather than having to run in the rain and mud. One bright cookie!
