Marilyn...remembered

Marilyn was my blip here on a good day

and

featured here on a not so good day

After I'd blipped yesterday her husband phoned to tell me she had died the previous day

she got an infection that became pneumonia and with all her other health issues she couldn't fight it

I've used this quote before but I was at the wine bar today with my friend Mary to catch up (in part on our mutual friend who's just had the amputation)

and then I found a photo of me and Marilyn in 2002...

she made me wear the England shirt - the Scot in me is still suffering
