Omg

I had a full day in bed today feeling grotty on a day off. I slept most of it and am fighting fit again this evening, not least because the plumber has just been to fix the boiler, hopefully for good this time. The heating is on. It's whether it comes on again tomorrow that'll be the test. The house has got pretty chilly over the last week with nothing but the fire in the sitting room so I think I'll keep it on for a while to get the place warmed up again. I've also got the sitting room fire going just in case this evening. It's either feast or famine here at the moment.

Warming me up a little more are the the pink bedroom walls. L came home at 11.30am to crack on with it and this is after the second coat. Never fear, when broken up by furniture, curtains, pictures and with less harsh lights it'll settle down nicely. At least I effing hope so.

I've been asked to tone down the colours as they're hard to cut in for my hard working decorator, so I'm going to take heed and stick with cream and more muted tones in the other rooms from now on!

Still no baby. I'm hoping to spend some time with my sis and S and Teddy this weekend though.
