Routine

A rather wet and cool day with plenty of grey sky! I had planned to get out for a jog at lunchtime but the combination of lots to do and the rain meant I didn't venture from my office. I need to change my routine so I get outside more during the day. These crows not doubt have their daily routine and did better than me, getting out for a fly at dusk. Although I dislike the dark days of winter, there are some pleasures such as seeing the flocking birds. There is something reassuring about such simple natural routines.
