'Date day & night'

What a wonderful day and night to fully recharge our batteries and spend a whole day together childless and alone.

Dropped off the two munchkins to Aunty Leng's house at 11am and headed in to the Rivoli Cinemas in Camberwell to watch Interstellar. I know a movie has been good when it goes almost 3 hours and My eyes and thoughts have been totally engaged the entire time. Very thought provoking movie which I really enjoyed.

Then tonight we treated ourselves to a dinner out at one of our favourite local Thai restaurants.

Neither of us had taken a shot all day, so here we are sitting in the restaurant taking photos of each other with our phones. Luckily there was only another couple of people in there. The food was great and we almost booked flights to Japan after speaking with the restaurant owner who got a brilliant deal with Jetstar, $400 return flights, what a bargain.

We must try to do this more often.
