Dunwich Heath

Not the best of days to go to Dunwich Heath today it's been misty and rainy nearly all day, but it was good to get out for a walk on the heath. I cannot believe how the gorse is in flower still, not just bits and pieces but great swathes of it and it has the sweet smell like it has in the springtime too. Nature doesn't know whether its on its head or its heels!
