A slight pause in the eating while the goslings check out a call from a nearby heron.

I went back to check out the Canadian Geese goslings - they are irresistible. I have never seen any thing like it though- they eat like little machines with barely a pause. I can see a flock of them could do a lot of damage to pastures. This family is on a golf course, but there is only one pair - so far.
