Game Of Giants

Volleyball is a challenging game for those of us with limited height, but even more so when playing against professionals who are all more than six feet (1.8 meters) tall. The majority of the clients on SOB trips are like the woman on the left in this shot, normal in height, average in ability, but passionate about the game and always looking to play. New for this trip is a play with the pro session, where two guests play a match with two pros. Some pay to have me photograph their match, I will end this week with 16 half hour sessions. I mostly focus on capturing images of whatever guest has signed up, but every once in awhile I get a special image such this. The disparity between a pro and a guest is clearly on display for all to see.
