Sunday Dinner
I visited the Marlborough Farmers’ Market this morning. It is the place to go to for fresh produce and to catch up with friends. There is a wide variety of stalls and foods to be enjoyed on site. Today I bought food from our famous chef, Margaret McH of Gourmet Deli. She is the most amazing cook and such a character. I love her. So I was set for tonight’s dinner. Homemade traditional pork pie for Keith and chick pea and vegetable frittata for me. Both yummy items teamed up with tiny potatoes and an enormous salad. We accompanied the meal with sole bread made by a lovely lady, Leah of the Farmers’ Market. Yum.
