College - the first exam of level 3 this afternoon. I passed :-D

An evening of mostly having a webchat with Jared from Apple Support to try and fix my phone. We chatted via the iPad as I updated the iPhone to iOS 8.1.1 via the iMac which Jared watched remotely. Clever stuff. Which unfortunately didn't work. My next stop is Stormfront in Truro to take the phone apart and look inside...
