12 minutes from chilled

So, the week was all going to plan ahead of a weekend away to Yorkshire. Then I turned up at the garage where my car was being treated to a clutch change. Upon discovering that the work wouldn't be completed until the next day, I wished I had phoned in advance.

You see I live about five miles from where I work. And the garage is about 20 miles from there. I had gone by bike. I had to supress my laughter when I was asked "Have you come much out of your way?"...

So, after having raced back home with a failing front light (yes, it's true, LED lights do run out eventually!) it was time to abandon culinary skill for culinary speed.

Needless to say, as I write, the pizza is no more.
