Sunrise & The Jogger

An early Blip today. I was out for a walk and sunrise was 7.30am, so I was waiting.

The sun to come up and when it did, it only showed for a very sort while., but long enough for me to get this image

I could see this jogger running a long the beach towards me so I waited until she was in the frame.I have some shots with and without the jogger but for me the inclusion makes a better shot.
